Won't enable

Steps to reproduce:
(1) general use it selection of "enable" application doesn't enabke

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
On android N, webview is provided by the chrome package (or chrome beta if you select that as the webview provider in developer settings). You should be installing/updating one of those two packages.
