Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. WINDOWS 10 2. Driver video HD RADEON MOBILE (4500) 3. GIF video and some swf video don't play at all or badly when you play it on twitter or facebook or in the navigator himsefl What is the expected behavior? crash video sometime crash windows 10 ( when too much tabs open with some gif) What went wrong? To problem it simple. the problem comme from ATI AND HD RADEOn driver for 4XXX mobile driver that windows 10 install. They are not compatible with the accelerated materiel featured on chronium. You must desactived this feature on chrome setting. The progblem it's the same with divx if the player have this option actived it can play video. Did this work before? Yes windows 7 Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 Contents of chrome://gpu: prey that AMD will do a update of the driver. for the moment in 2016 it's not the case. :(

H/W decoding on ATI AND HD RADEOn driver for 4XXX mobile driver that windows 10 install. As per disable H/W decoding it not repro. Should we blacklist these two driver?

How do we check if we still need to blacklist the drivers or the new drivers have fixed the issue? (I assumed there is a new driver since the bug has been filed)
