Regression: In Devtools, ‘Close’ button is misplaced for ‘Search’ tab in console drawer.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2953.0 (Official Build) canary 5cc5609d072e90e2b1fe5d9de04bf00d45c5a5c6-refs/heads/master@{#438989} (64-bit)
OS: Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to NTP and open ‘Devtools’.
2) Press Esc key, click on iron icon in console drawer and select 'Search' option (‘Search’ tab opens).
3) Observe the ‘Close’ button beside ‘Search’ tab.

‘Close’ button is misplaced.

‘Close’ button should not be misplaced.    

This is a Regression issue broken in M-50 series, below is the bisect info
