Flywheel DCHECK fails on startup on ToT.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start Clank;

What is the expected result?
It starts.

What happens instead?
Fails on DCHECK with
DEBUG   : Abort message: '[FATAL:data_reduction_proxy_request_options.cc(208)] Check failed: thread_checker_.CalledOnValidThread().

Cleaning the build output folder does not help.

I did "gclient sync" and then another clean build and this helped.
I reduced priority and leave this just as FYI.
This is not a problem for me anymore.
