Unable to reproduce the issue on win10 chrome version 56.0.2924.28 and canary 57.0.2956.0 - sub menu appeared fine

Could you please reset the flags one by one to check which flag has caused the issue. Please let us know the flag to reproduce the issue from our end.

Tried enabling a few rendering and GPU related flags (Override software rendering list, GPU rasterization, 
Zero-copy rasterizer, New audio rendering mixing strategy etc)as per the pdf in comment #0 but could not reproduce the issue

Could you please let us know any specific RTL related flag is enabled for further investigation.

The only RTL flag is "Force UI direction" which is set to default.
Try setting all flags according to the attached PDF 
It happen in english too

Its a bit difficult to follow the attached PDF and set all flags. Instead can you please copy the command Line from chrome://version and paste here so that we can try a repro

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version with the flags from comment #10.Able to see the triangle for sub menus without any issues.

ronefrati@ Could you please try the issue on new chrome version 56.0.2924.76 with new profile and update the thread if the issue still persists.
