Chromevox: 'sign out ' button remains selected after tabbing past it on the lock screen

Issue description

Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.26 / 9000.26.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1)Enable chromevox and lock the screen
(2)Tab around in the locked screen
(3)

What is the expected result?

The chromevox should correctly read out the elements it's focused on

What happens instead?

Once we tab around all elements and tab back to password field, the 'sign out' button is selected and is also read out before reading about password field.

To elaborate on the repro:
1. tab past the sign out button and continue to press tab

Visually, as in the image above, the Sign Out text becomes selected as you tab to it and remains that way after tabbing past it.  ChromeVox will continue to repeat "Sign out" first as you tab to other fields.
