Update strings for search geolocation disclosure.

The string should be updated to be: "Google uses your location to give you local content. Change this in Settings."

The previous string ("Google uses your location to provide a better local experience. You can change this in Settings.") should be able to be used via a finch experiment to allow us to compare the performance of the two strings.

Small tweak: "Google uses your location to give you local content. You can change this in Settings."

Added back in "you can" because si se puede! Also that's how we refer to all our "change this in" strings and because srahim@ said it was OK.
