This issue was copied from issue 674166, but the reporter wishes to remain anonymous, so I have deleted that issue.
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a new tab
2. Click on tab to type and the tab will remove itself
3. Click on any tab after that, and it will disappear as well
Cannot be reproduced at any one specific time.
What is the expected behavior?
Should be able to maneuver the browser without crashing or freezing up.
What went wrong?
At times after updating to 55 version and twice while still using the latest version of 54, my browser freezes up and I have to manually destroy the session from the task manager. It also shows a green arrow where the 3 dotted icon should be when this occurs. Cannot click anywhere within the browser, and the issue does not resolve itself.
Did this work before? Yes before 55.0.2883.87
Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
