Issue descriptionENVIRONMENT and STATS Chrome version: 56.0.2924.23 REPRO STEPS 1. Sign in to Chrome with an account which has custom passphrase set. 2. After the sign in confirmation screen click on the account name. 3. Click on "Sync" and then on "Encryption" ACTUAL RESULTS Observe that "On- sync everything" text is displayed on the top (see the attached screenshots ) EXPECTED RESULTS Signed in as <account name> should be displayed at the top of the dialog ADDITIONAL INFO This is a regression in Beta M56. Working fine in 55.0.2883.91
