Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open up status tray
2. Click on keyboard language selection
3. Click on keyboard language other than the current one

What is the expected behavior?
No crash, keyboard language changes

What went wrong?
The whole system freezes for a few seconds, then screen goes black for another few seconds. Comes back on with the "restore tabs" ribbon and keyboard language not changed.

Crashed report ID: Not yet, might be too soon. If they show up I will make a response to this bug with them.
