Add one more metric for Chrome autofill to better measure the usage rate

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.75 Safari/537.36

This doesn't seem like a DevTools-related issue. Just to clarify, DevTools is the user-facing tool for web developers. I've re-assigned it to Internals>Metrics since it sounds like this is UMA-related.
