What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Not to sure, I imagine it was just a quick problem once I launched the add.

What is the expected result?
I have ran a couple adds on my Adwords account with a low budget and the same settings as this new add yet it gave me a huge spike in the pay as well as views all in 1 minute generated from India with no gender specification. I can't get the exact info now due to the real time and what not happening last night so it shows it is a one hour span now but it was all in 1 minute. 

What happens instead?
