Issue description
Chrome Version (Win 10) : 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)
Other browsers tested:
Chrome (Linux): 55.0.2883.87 (64-bit)
Opera (Win 10): FAIL (42.0.2393.85)
Safari (Mac): PASS (10.0)
Firefox (Win 10): PASS (50.1.0)
Edge (Win 10): PASS (38.14393.0.0)
Operating Systems Tested:
Windows: FAIL
Linux: FAIL
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open console
(2) Enter console.log("//////////////////////////////////////////")
What is the expected result?
The string "//////////////////////////////////////////" should be output to the console.
What happens instead?
The console crashes. It is also worth noting that the console.log gets noticeably slower with every extra forward slash in the string up until this point.
The bug is reproduce-able on multiple machines.
