FYI, I was able to repro this, but it appears intermittently. While it was repro'ing for me, I was able to get this behavior directly in chrome://settings-frame i.e. it exists in the old options:
- open the flash content settings
- add "asdf" site as Allow
- on the next line, add "asdf" as Block
- both entries are present even after refreshing the page
Summary: [MD settings] [existing issue] Plugin exception remains in block section even if allow option is selected. (was: Regression:Plugin exception remains in block section even if allow option is selected.)
Changing title to better convey, "I was able to get this behavior directly in chrome://settings-frame i.e. it exists in the old options".
