Regression:Suggested words are not highlighted in filter section of Network tab in Dev tools.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2952.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and goto Devtools.
(2)Click on Network tab >> filter section and click a letter-'h'and Observe. (Refer video)

Expected Result:The suggested word will be highlighted in colour.
Actual Result: Instead, Suggestion words are not highlighted.

This is a Regression Issue broken in M-57

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.11.6 using canary 57.0.2952.0.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 57.0.2944.0 (Revision: 436816).
Bad build: 57.0.2946.0 (Revision: 437422).

You are probably looking for a change made after 437133 (known good), but no later than 437134 (first known bad).
