Regression: In Fullscreen mode, permission infobar arrow gets hidden behind omnibox.

Chrome Version: 57.0.2952.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)Revision 199daadb512fd39c2c8c3e56f536acb7eb941fb4-refs/heads/master@{#438707} (64-bit)
OS: Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, go to NTP, drag  and drop the ‘Google’ image into omnibox.
2) Right click anywhere on the page and select Translate to English (Infobar is seen).
3) Now on top left side, click on maximise button and observe the arrow on top side of infobar.

Infobar arrow is not seen (it gets hidden behind omnibox).

Infobar arrow should be seen.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-56, will soon update other info

Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
