What steps will reproduce the problem?
Please see attached screencast
(1) Open DevTools with persistence and make a mapped CSS file that has a color property in the Elements sidepane
(2) Open an external editor and edit the color property in CSS
(3) Go back to DevTools and open the color picker on the swatch before DevTools knows about the update
(4) After the change takes effect, close the color picker with Enter or Esc.

What is the expected result?
Color picker should either close and the Elements pane should update to the new color, or the color picker should update its own color

What happens instead?
After closing the color picker with Enter or Esc, the color doesn't update to the color that is in the file system
