Regression : More options icon '>>' completely overlaps 'Hide Debugger' icon in devtools.

Version: 57.0.2951.0 eaf56dab37408dfad3152c5e00092ab99f775273-refs/heads/master@{#438385} (64-bit)
OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6, 10.12.1)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to NTP and open devtools.
2. Now go to 'Sources' section and add a 'Snippet' and drag devtools window to LHS such as 'Hide Debugger' button and 'Hide navigator' button are placed in front of each other.
3. Now resize the 'Sources' window completely to RHS and observe '>>' icon.

Actual: More options icon '>>' completely overlaps 'Hide Debugger' icon 
Expected: More options icon '>>' should not completely overlap 'Hide Debugger' icon 

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 55’ and will soon update other info :

Verified on Mac OS 10.12.2 , windows 10 and ubuntu 14.04 using chrome latest canary M57 #57.0.2980.0 and issue is fixed.

More options icon '>>' is not completely overlapped with 'Hide Debugger' icon
