55.0.2883.87 broke the ability to use lastpass fingerprint autentication

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
Fingerprint Authentication with the lastpass chrome extension

What went wrong?
Will no longer allow binary support extension

Did this work before? Yes All Previous Versions

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

This is a huge setback for security on all 4 of my PC's

Removing Needs-bisect as we don't have the following hardware(Finger-print enabled device) and Lastpass premium account to triage it.
