On desktop, SecurityStateTabHelper logs Security.HTTPBad.UserWarnedAboutSensitiveInput.* histograms at most once per page load, to allow us to measure the % of page loads that get the HTTP-bad warning. It would be useful to have these histograms for iOS and Android as well.
