What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to textarea.org
(2) Type in "banana" (or whatever you want to)
(3) Long press "banana"
(4) Tap on the three vertical dots and notice that
    "Select All" is an option.

What is the expected result?
Android built in text box doesn't show "Select All" if all text is
already selected. So the expected result is for "Select All" not to
be there.

What happens instead?
"Select All" is an option.
