Login screen does not respond to touch on samus |

Issue descriptionGoogle Chrome 55.0.2883.87 (Official Build) beta (64-bit) Revision 0 Platform 8872.70.0 (Official Build) beta-channel samus What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Show login screen (2) Touch "Shutdown", "Login as Guest", or "Add User". What is the expected result? The touch is recognized. What happens instead? It is ignored. Only click works. Uber menu responds to touch, though. My device is samus, and the (same area of the) touch screen is fully functional after sign in.

Hmm.. interesting. 9000.29.0 seems to work just fine.
