If we a large number (say, >3) repeated "CTRL-EVENT-ASSOC-REJECT" with "status_code=17" in the same line, it is probably because the AP has too many clients. 
The explanation for status code 17 (WLAN_STATUS_AP_UNABLE_TO_HANDLE_NEW_STA) reads "Association denied because AP is unable to handle additional associated stations". 

Should we bubble this up and add a UI notification, asking the user to try later or try a different AP?
