Infinite loop in html page in Chrome is eating CPU. With faster and better code, may cause crash. Page is constantly loading.

Chrome Version: Version 55.0.2883.87 m + stable
Operating System: Windows 10 Home

i didn't add in code to open new tabs but you may open several tabs with same code/page and you will see that CPU is 100% and 0 of free memory(ofc it is depending on hd performance, which CPU and how much memory you have). I have core i5, and 8GB memory.
