Page info popups change alignment after choosing an item from the popup

Chrome Version: 57.0.2951.0
OS: Win10, macOS Sierra w/MacViews

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Performa a web search
(2) Click the lock icon
(3) Click a popup from the PageInfo dialog and choose an item

What is the expected result?
The popup control should remain right-justified.

What happens instead?
The popup control changes its justification (moves to the left).
