In the new loglinear model based CL classifier we have the method AggregateChangedFiles which cleans up the old CL classifier's crash.scorers.aggregators.ChangedFilesAggregator.Aggregate. We should move AggregateChangedFiles to a more communal place so that the scorer-based CL classifier can call it, to reduce code duplication.
