Issue descriptionChrome Version: 56.0.2920.0 dev Chrome OS Version: 8992.1.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_minnie Chrome OS Platform: Asus Chromebook Flip C100P Steps To Reproduce: (1) enable Android apps (2) Install SafeteyNet Helper Sample (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scottyab.safetynet.sample) (3) open the app and run the test. Expected Result: CTS compatibility check successful. Actual Result: CTS compatibility check failed. How frequently does this problem reproduce? Always What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? Android apps might fail to run, fragmentation might increase, apps won't be ported to chromebooks.
