Can't use clear button in Network tab in Devtools

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/57.0.2951.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to Network tab, click clear button, but it does't work.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
 Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of undefined in inspector.js:399

Did this work before? Yes 55

Chrome version: 57.0.2951.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.12.1

Tested on mac os 10.11.6 using chrome canary M57 #57.0.2951.0 and issue is not reproduced.

Attached screencast for reference.

@hronro-- Could you please check the attached screencast and let us know if we have missed out any steps to reproduce the issue.

Unable to reproduce the issue on MacBook(Retina) -10.12.1 and MacBook(Air)-10.12.2 using Chrome version-57.0.2976.0 with the steps mentioned in comment#0
