"Simple Todo List Tutorial" link broken

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 55.0.2883.75
OS Version: NA
URLs (if applicable) : https://developer.chrome.com/apps/app_storage
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Safari 5: fail
  Firefox 4.x: fail
     IE 7/8/9: fail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to https://developer.chrome.com/apps/app_storage
2. Click the "Simple Todo List Tutorial" link to learn more about IndexedDb

What is the expected result?
A tutorial opens.


What happens instead of that?
A "Something went wrong" page opens (500 server error).


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I'm not sure if this is the right way to report this sort of thing - please point me to a better place if needed.

Hmm, I see that "https://developer.chrome.com/apps/app_storage" has a "Report a content bug" link at the bottom that points to crbug.com.

crbug.com is for browser bugs, so ... I'm pretty sure that this isn't the place for that sort of issue.

But I don't know where would be. Try sending an email to chromium-dev@chromium.org and maybe they will help. Might want to include the question "Is crbug.com the right place to report content bugs on this webpage, and if not, please remove the link".
