Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.18 Safari/537.36 Example URL: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. go to the url 2. hover over the menu links (like Project or Activity) ... you see a hand-cursor 3. click in the textfield where the https://... url is (it marks the complete field) 4. hover again over the menu links ... now the cursor doesn't change 5. if you click again in the textfield or anywhere on the page and hover again ... again hand-cursor What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? bad cursor Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 56.0.2924.18 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0 it works on a very old chrome version (latest that worked with winxp)

Tested in reported chrome #56.0.2924.28 and Canary #57.0.2951.0 on Win 10.0 able to reproduce the issue.
