animations/animation-direction-normal.html fails on WebKit Win7 (dbg)

This started with https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.webkit/builders/WebKit%20Win7%20%28dbg%29/builds/8415, after that one green build, and then failures.

I haven't found a suspicious CL.

I've tried to build on my Win machine to repro, but machine hung during build multiple times so that has failed so far.

No, my Win machine is not well. Still hangs sooner or later. nednguyen@ & paulmeyer@: can you repro this or disable the test + find owner?

CSS Animations layout tests: fix flaky animation-direction-normal.html

We pause the animation, and progress using animationDelay.

animation-direction-normal.html now uses testharness.js
