webview option is off

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name:kingcactus-g2
Android version:5.0.2
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView):it is off no way on.
Application:webviwe bug
Application version:beta

URLs (if applicable):
There is not problem in webview. The problem is that webview option is off under developer options and I can't find how turn it on.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Which webview option are you referring to? The greyed-out "reduce network usage"? That feature was never actually implemented or shipped and the option has been removed in later android versions; we were using it for internal testing only.
