'Update cart' button in Chrome on Windows no longer works

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Windows
2. Chrome
3. shop.doodle3d.com
4. Add multiple products
5. Go to Cart
6. Add more products with + button
7. Attempt to hit 'Update cart'

What is the expected behavior?
Update cart properly reflects actual ordered products

What went wrong?
Update cart stays inactive or unavailable

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes Release before tuesday

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Works as expected on Firefox, Edge on Windows
Works as expected on Chrome, Mac laptop
Works as expected on Chrome, Chromebook

Tested the issue on Latest Stable# 55.0.2883.87 on Windows 10 and not able to reproduce the issue.
@nico -- Could you please update Chrome to latest stable mentioned and provide us the update which would help us in triaging the issue.
