Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I approach my mouse of a link on a web page 2. The entire page display drops a few pixels down. It is really light but troublesome in the long. 3. When the mouse is removed from the link, the repositioning display 4. By dint of doing it on the same link (about 5 times), the bug stops. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Thank you for your report. We haven't heard of similar issues before and are unable to reproduce it. Does this happen on any specific websites? Could you give an example. If you disable all extensions or opening the page in an incognito window does the problem still occur?

The bug is really general to all sites from the moment you approach the mouse of a link. After several mouse passes on the same link, the display no longer jumps. Same problem in a private browsing window and / or disabling extensions. The same problem is described by others and this is the case only with Chrome. What kind of hardware are you running on? Specifically, what's the DPI of the monitor? This should be shown in the display properties section of the control panel.

My PC is an Acer Swift 3 ref: SF314-51-57HZ. The resolution of the screen is 1920 x 1080 pixels.
