Timeline -> "load" vertical line multiplication

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
In the Network tab drag the "Timeline - Start Time" columns separator to the left and to the right multiple times. At some point the vertical line that indicates "load" time might be duplicated. See attacked animated gif for details.

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Vertical line shouldn't be duplicated.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0

Unable to reproduce this issue on windows 7,windows 10,Linux Ubuntu 14.04 & mac 10.11.6 with chrome stable version#55.0.2883.87 ,Canary#57.0.2952.0 & reported version#54.0.2840.99 as well with the below steps:

1.Opened chrome
2.Press F12
3.Click F5 to reload 
4.Click on 'network' tab
5.Dragged the "Timeline-start time" column separator to the left and to the right multiple times
6.Observed no duplicated line.

Please find the attached screencast for reference.

Could you please provide us the sample html file to reproduce the issue.

This likely will not be a problem in M-55 or M-56 because we changed the waterfall to a canvas.

Can you try on Canary and see if you can still reproduce?

Hi! I've just tried it on "Version 57.0.2977.1 canary SyzyASan". It's not reproducible now.
