Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.99 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: In the Network tab drag the "Timeline - Start Time" columns separator to the left and to the right multiple times. At some point the vertical line that indicates "load" time might be duplicated. See attacked animated gif for details. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Vertical line shouldn't be duplicated. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 54.0.2840.99 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

This likely will not be a problem in M-55 or M-56 because we changed the waterfall to a canvas. Can you try on Canary and see if you can still reproduce?
