Regression:Traces of one window is seen on other in Ubuntu 14.04

Issue description

Chrome Version:57.0.2951.0 dev
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and create 2 users.
(2)Navigate between 2 users and observe the right edges of the window.(Please refer video)

Actual Result:Traces of previous window is seen on the other window.
Expected Result:No such traces should be seen.

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-57.

Manual Bisect info:

Good Build:57.0.2950.0
Bad Build: 57.0.2951.0

Similar issue is seen with same range as bisect.

Create 2 persons >> Click on chrome icon from task bar and observe corners of both windows in window manager.

Expected: Edges should not be broken and traces of one window should not be on other.
Actual: Instead edges are broken and traces are seen.

Able to reproduce the issue on 57.0.2951.0 of Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Such switching behavior is not seen on Mac OS 10.11.6.

Issue is no longer Reproducible on #57.0.2987.8 dev build.
