Non-Regression : 'Romanian(Moldova)- romana (Republica Moldova)' Language option is seen twice in Language Dropdown in OOBE Screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build -> In OOBE screen Click on "Language" Drop down 
(2)Scroll down and observe 'Romanian(Moldova)- romana (Republica Moldova)' Language option is seen twice (Please refer screenshot)

This is Non-Regression Issue seen from M-54
Issue not applicable to Linux and windows
