Signed builds are not available for Canary,Dev & Beta (Windows only)

This could be related to omg/3657

Latest Dev # 57.0.2950.4 for Win 32 & 64 PGO Signed build not available. (Only one file available)

Re-submitting the jobs in signing broker did not help.

Michael, could you please check and help.

This is not that omg, otherwise nothing would be signed. I see a bunch of signing failure notifications for mini_installer.exe (http://g/chrome-re/ZjkrybxTU6k). I'd guess something broke in a recent Kokoro update. Looking.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)
The new Windows certificates were pushed yesterday, which I thought cl/141354424 prepared us for, but I missed cleaning up another usage of the old cert. Fixed in cl/142021714.

All the signed jobs of Windows are passed and Signed builds are available, hence marking the bug as Verified.
