Regression: Weird behavior of grey highlight is seen on Languages dialogue box.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2951.0 (Official Build) eaf56dab37408dfad3152c5e00092ab99f775273-refs/heads/master@{#438385} OS: Windows (7,8,10),Mac (10.11.6,10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/languages 2. Click on drop down arrow and then click on 'Add languages' such that dialogue box gets open. 3. Scrolldown the scrollbar of dialogue box and then click on 'Hindi' option, observe. Actual:Glimpse of grey highlight is seen on 'Hungarian' option after step 3. Expected: Glimpse of grey highlight should not be seen on other option. This is regression issue, broken in 'M 57 and will soon update the other info:

The iron-list isn't moving the focus attribute which the paper-checkbox uses to draw the ripple. Looks like an iron-list issue where it's not updating the reused elements correctly in this case.

Other iron-lists have this issue, like chrome://md-settings/editDictionary. I poked around a bit with I won't have time to look into it anytime soon. Someone more familiar with iron-list might get farther than me.
