The dropdown menu with recommendation doesn't show correctly in the add printer dialog |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2951.0 Go the chrome://md-settings/, under Printing section, select "Printers", and try to setup a printer. In the manufacture and model selection dialog, there is some problem showing the dropdown menu. Please see the screenshots for the actual behavior and expected behavior.
