Issue descriptionUpdate the focus ring be on the whole row (not just the subpage arrow), alongside having the ripple 'burst' within the entire row. If we decide to do this for the initial release, please file a separate 'Blocked on' issue for the Internet UI, I suspect that a general purpose solution might not work for the network type rows, and I am pretty certain that it won't work for the expanded list of Wi-Fi networks (which I assume we will want to behave similarly?) The same goes for the expanded list of Bluetooth devices.

Google Chrome 65.0.3293.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit) (cohort: Clang-64) The UI on the chrome://settings page still features the smaller circle as opposed to having the focus on the entire row. +Hwi (designer), is this correct behavior? Is this bug still valid? Thanks, Laura
