HTML5 video autoplays but the "Right-click to run Adobe Flash Player" is shown on top of it

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 55.0.2883.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS Version: Ubuntu
URLs (if applicable) : http://time.com/4599074/jennifer-lawrence-revenge-chris-pratt/
Other browsers tested: NA

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to the Times page with a video
2. Wait for the video to autoplay

What is the expected result?
The video plays and is visible.

What happens instead of that?
The video is covered by the "Right-click to enable Flash" but the sound is playing.

Just tested on Chrome 56 and I can't reproduce the issue. Anton, could this have been fixed by the website?
