Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_2) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install out of date Chrome under the local user applications folder: /Users/[Name]/Applications 2. Go to corner setting button > Help > About Google Chrome 3. Says: Version 54.0.2840.87 (64-bit) Google Chrome is up to date. What is the expected behavior? Chrome should detect the latest stable version and install it. What went wrong? The auto-update for Chrome does not work. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 54.0.2840.87 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.12.2 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
