Sheriff-o-Matic defaults to using "uberchromegw" links

Sheriff-o-Matic defaults to using "uberchromegw" links for builders, which led me to accidentally post an internal builder link on a chromium patch without realizing.

I hadn't even looked at the link options before that, since I haven't used the newest UI for sheriff-o-matic before today. It seems like "uberchromegw" should definitely not be the default option, and perhaps shouldn't be an option at all.

I think we can probably deprecate the uberchromegw option at this point.

Not sure buildbot is the right default though. Is it okay to use Milo links in Chromium patches? hinoka@?

Important thing is that they point to publicly accessible pages sinceany of our contributors don't have google/chromium addresses.
