Steps to reproduce the problem:
SVG icons become blurry when Chrome Settings is ON.
Go to Settings - > Advanced settings -> System -> Use hardware acceleration when available. 

Only happens in Chrome browser in Mac.

SVG icons should be sharp as can be seen in other browsers

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0
