Take into account video_rotation for fullscreen media orientation

Maybe I misunderstood something but as far as I can tell, the checks in place work fine and a landscape video with a rotation will appear as portrait and the screen with lock as expected. It's hard to test because we hit DCHECKs on debug builds though :(
