paygen timeouts on cyan and lars

I am not able to quicky figure out the timeout reason(s).  These release builds started yesterday, and timed out at about 2am this morning.

Let's keep open, examine again if it recurs.

Took a quick look at the cyan build, it look like the signer took a really long time and then the Paygen stage didn't get "sufficient" time to finish.

The next thing I would do is examine the signer logs at that time.
