OS Version: OS X 10.12.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a tab and webpage
2. click the print icon
3. nada
What is the expected result?
the print interface should pop up
What happens instead of that?

[Mac Triage] Can you clarify what you mean by the "print icon". Using File>Print or Command+P work correctly.

If you are talking about a particular chrome extension, please notify the extension author.

Assuming "print interface" means the print preview dialog (if this isn't about a particular 3rd party extension).

[mac triage] Is this https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/print-extension/bpkeigdcgenbnkhgepkihlgfabkhdong?hl=en ? I think you need to take it up with the extension developer. Note that extensions can not run on the webstore for security reasons. But I tried that extension and it works everywhere else. |
