Console ignores the "Control-b" (move one character backward) and "Control-f" (move one character forward) commands

Reported by nemt...@gmail.com, Dec 13 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.87 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to the Console
2. Start typing a word
3. Press "Control-b"

What is the expected behavior?
I expect the cursor to go back to the previous character

What went wrong?
The console ignores the command.

Did this work before? Yes v54

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Same happens for "Control-b" and "Control-f".
