What steps will reproduce the problem?
GamepadMessages has been converted into mojo services. GamepadService have to provide mojo::SharedBufferhandle to one customer GamepadMonitor and provide base::SharedBufferhandle to another customer PepperGamepadHost at the same time.

The GamepadSharedBuffer should be re-implemented by mojo::SharedBufferhandle to replace the base::sharedMemory to avoid the wrap/unwrap manipulations.

To do above, we need to mojoify PepperGamepadHost related IPC messages first. See more in  BUG 670655 .

What is the expected result?
mojoify PepperGamepadHost related IPC messages.
